Cleaning services with periodic quality checks according to INSTA 800 in the following parts: A. Stairwells, category accommodation, housing host offices, laundry rooms B. Apartments (removal and repair cleaning) C. Business premises for Kopparstaden's internal operations The agreement period is 2024-03-01-2026-02-28 with an option of 1+1 year. Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots. Framework agreements will be signed with one supplier per lot. However, the same supplier will only be allocated a maximum of one share.
