Description

The purpose of this contract is the supply of an electric vehicle for the transfer of visitors, including the installation of the vehicle recharging point in municipal premises (lot 1) and the supply and installation of 12 fixed bicycle stations with unattended automatic opening, including 72 electric bicycles, together with an application for the management of the rental of these bicycles (lot 2), with the aim of promoting the use of electric mobility solutions in travel between tourist points in the Sierra del Segura region financed by the Next Generation EU fund within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR). The contract is divided into 2 lots: Lot 1: Provision of an electric vehicle for the transport of visitors and installation of a recharging point (Act 5.2) Corresponding to action 5.2. of the PSTD entitled ‘acquisition of a GDI emission-neutral vehicle for the improvement and protection of natural areas linked to European Cultural Itinerary tourism’, within Axis 2 for the Improvement of Energy Efficiency. This lot consists of the acquisition of a 9-seater electric vehicle for the transport of visitors in order to improve access to the Cueva del Niño de Ayna and installation of a recharging point in municipal units. Therefore, it is proposed to improve the visit with the acquisition of a collective vehicle to make the visit that reduces the emission of GDI that will avoid the circulation of different private vehicles that until now circulate in the area, and that must reach the starting point of the visit, in many occasions almost as many vehicles as people make the same Lot 2: Supply, installation and start-up of an unattended rental service for electric bicycles (Act 8) Corresponding to Action 8 entitled ‘Electrical bicycle service’, within Axis 2 for the Improvement of Energy Efficiency.
