Description

Der FVS ist Eigentümer von 220 Plakatstellen (in der Folge FVS-Plakatstellen genannt), welche an Kantonsstrassen in allen Landesteilen der Schweiz positioniert sind. An den FVS-Plakatstellen dürfen nur Präventionsbotschaften für Autofahrende, Motorradfahrende und/oder Velo- und E-Bike-Fahrende angebracht werden, dies unterscheidet sie von herkömmlichen Plakatstellen. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sucht der FVS einen externen Anbietenden, welcher die FVS-Plakatstellen auf öffentlichem Grund während drei Jahren in den drei Landesteilen der Schweiz bewirtschaftet. Eine optionale Verlängerung bleibt vorbehalten. Die Bewirtschaftung umfasst insbesondere das Behängen der FVS-Plakatstellen mit dem jeweiligen Kampagnenmaterial, in der Regel einen mehrmaligen Sujetwechsel pro Jahr (angestrebt werden 2-3 Kampagnen), sowie die Wartung, Instandsetzung und Reinigung der 220 bestehenden FVS-Plakatstellen als auch den Neu- oder Ausbau von FVS-Plakatstellen. Überdies sind die Standorte der FVS-Plakatstellen in Gesprächen mit den Bewilligungsbehörden zu sichern. In Abstimmung mit dem FVS wird ausserdem eine Belegungsplanung erstellt.
