Description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of the following supplies and services under five lots, as follows: Lot 1 – Supply of spare parts and consumables for vehicles operated by TAR Pazardzhik. Spare parts, materials and consumables supplied must be original for the relevant brand of car, meet the quality requirements of the BPR and be accompanied by a certificate of origin and quality. Where it is necessary to supply spare parts requested by the contracting authority which are not available in the warehouse, the time limit for their delivery shall be 3 working days from the date of the written delivery order. A list of the most commonly used spare parts is available in Technical Specification – Annex 2 to the corresponding documentation. The contracting entity may also, if necessary, declare spare parts other than those indicated in the list. Delivery will be made to the administrative building of TAR Pazardzhik or to the repairer of the selected contractor under lot 4; Lot 2 – Annual technical inspection of land motor vehicles operated by TAR Pazardzhik. A description of the vehicle by type, make and model is set out in Technical Specification – Annex 2 to the documentation. The periodic inspection should be carried out in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No Н-32/16.12.2011 on periodic roadworthiness tests for road vehicles (in force since 1.1.2012); Lot 3 – “Supply, dismantling and installation of new tyres for cars operated by TAR Pazardzhik”. A description of the required terminals in size and size is set out in the Technical Specifications – Annex 2 – Part of the documentation. The tyres supplied must be new, unused, fit for the relevant car brand and be manufactured in 1 of those years – 2015 and/or 2016 with the corresponding stamping (DOT) proving the year of manufacture. The tyres will be delivered within 3 working days of the Contracting Authority’s request. Tyres to be supplied should be of high grade. The bidder should offer a minimum of 2 tyre brands for the unit price it offers. Failing this, the tenderer will be excluded from the procedure because the tender does not comply with the conditions laid down in advance by the contracting authority. Lot No 4- “Post-warranty service and maintenance, prevention, diagnosis, repair and installation of spare parts and supplies for vehicles operated by the Pannagyurishte TAR”. The service includes the maintenance and repair of automotive equipment, as well as after-service services in full and at regular intervals, in accordance with the regulations of the manufacturer of the relevant brand of car repair and T-painting and painting and painting activities. The contractor should provide a service facility for the repair of the existing cars operated by TAR Pazardzhik in the territory of the city of Pazardzhik. Ground motor vehicles described in the Technical Specification – Annex 2 Part of the Documentation are subject to maintenance. The repairs will be carried out when maintenance needs arise; Lot 5 – Supply through the purchase of spare parts for industrial machinery for the needs of TSG Pazardzhik. Spare parts, materials and consumables supplied must be original for the relevant brand of industrial machinery, meet the quality requirements of the BPR and be accompanied by a certificate of origin and quality. Where it is necessary to supply spare parts requested by the contracting authority which are not available in the warehouse, the time limit for their delivery shall be 3 working days from the date of the written delivery order. A list of the most commonly used spare parts is available in the Technical Specification – Annex 2 to the Documentation. The contracting entity may also, if necessary, declare spare parts other than those indicated in the list. The delivery will be made to the Administrative. building of the TAR Pazardzhik.
