Description

1. Provision of 24/7 security services for the buildings of the District Authority in Poznań and the adjacent areas, broken down into the following two parts:
(1) Part No 1 – Building, ul. Jackowski 18,
(2) Part No 2 – Building, ul. Slovak 8.
2. In each of the lots, the contracting authority required that:
(1) the time taken by the intervention group to the building was a maximum of 10 minutes from the time of notification,
(2) The subject of the contract was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws 2017, item 2213, as amended) and Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 December 2013 laying down detailed rules for the activities of security guards (Journal of Laws 2013, item 1681) and the Act of 24.5.2013 on measures of direct coercion and firearms (Journal of Laws 2017, item 1120 as amended)
