Description

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and costing documentation and obtaining a decision on the construction permit or a certificate confirming that there are no grounds for objecting to the notification of construction or performance of other construction works, adapting all technical solutions to the applicable regulations and performing author's supervision for the investment task entitled: ‘Improving the energy efficiency of eight public infrastructure buildings located in Wałbrzych and subject to conservation supervision, through their thermal modernisation’, in the field of: Task 1 - the building of the I High School with Bilingual Branches located at ul. I. Paderewskiego 17 in Wałbrzych, Task 2 - the building of the Second High School located at Aleja Wyzwolenia 34 in Wałbrzych, Task 3 - the building located at ul. J. Matejki 2 in Wałbrzych, Task 4 - a building located at ul. J. Matejki 3 in Wałbrzych, Task 5 - the Town Hall building located at ul. Magistracki Square 1 in Wałbrzych, Task 6 - a building located at ul. J. Słowackiego 23a in Wałbrzych. As part of the subject of the contract, for each task, complete design and costing documentation was provided on the basis of the currently applicable regulations and guidelines of the Ordering Party on the basis of the following documents held by the Ordering Party: building inventories and energy audits (the Contracting Authority will make the inventories available). The contract will be implemented as part of a project applying for funding from the European Union under the Just Transition Fund, Priority FEDS.09 European Funds for the transformation of mining areas in Lower Silesia, measure FEDS.09.06 Environmental transformation - ITI, type of project: 9.6.B Renovation to increase the energy efficiency of public infrastructure buildings. The Contractor is obliged to prepare design and costing documentation in accordance with the Regulations for the selection of projects.
