Description

The object of the contract is the design and execution of a building for education – accommodation, with height regime S+D+P+4E and a body comprising the training pool, with height regime S (basement). Destination: Educational facility – accommodation and training pool. The design services will be carried out in the following stages: - Stage 1 - Clearing services CU, PUD, including necessary studies and documentation for obtaining permits and agreements - Stage 2 - Design services for obtaining the building permit in accordance with the provisions CU 493/13.02.208 issued by the Municipality of Constanța, namely Field studies, Documentation for obtaining permits and agreements, APIC, POE according to GD 907/2016, as amended and supplemented in force - Stage 3 - Design services phase PT and DDE, after obtaining the building permit - according to GD 907/2016, as amended and supplemented in force - Stage 4 - Technical assistance from the designer provided during the execution of construction works related to the investment project. The execution works will be carried out in compliance with the Technical Project drawn up, verified by the project verifiers in accordance with the law and accepted by the beneficiary and the building permit issued by the Constanta City Hall. The contractor shall not carry out any work in the absence of a valid building permit. Within 30 days of signing the Contractual Agreement, the Supervisor issues the Administrative Start Order to the Entrepreneur, with notification of the Start Date. The Contractor shall commence the design and execution of the Works as soon as practicable after the Start Date and shall proceed with the design and execution of the Works promptly and without delay. The contractor is responsible for the execution of the works at current technical standards, according to the norms and laws in force, in strict compliance with the requirements of the Specifications and the technical specifications of the project. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information by economic operators 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will only respond to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the deadline set in Sec. I.3, i.e. 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
