Description

1. The subject of the contract are the supply of disinfectants, along with their transport, unloading and bringing (at the expense and risk of the Contractor) in the manner indicated by the Ordering Party to the Hospital Pharmacy at ul. 3 May 37. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the Price Form (PIF) – constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ. 3. The contracting authority shall allow equivalent tenders to be submitted. Detailed regulations are set out in the FTZ.
