Description

Le service est provisoirement géré via un contrat de location saisonnière.
Les biens mis à disposition du fermier comprennent l’immobilier (site, parking, bâtiments de restauration, d’accueil et sanitaires…) et le mobilier (caisse, restaurant, cuisine…) nécessaires à l’exploitation.
L’objectif est de maintenir, développer et diversifier les activités existantes et également:
— assurer la maintenance technique et l’entretien des installations,
— élaborer, réaliser et mettre en œuvre un plan de communication,
— procéder à l’acquisition et l’installation d’habitations légères de loisirs.
Les principales caractéristiques du contrat seront:
— rémunération: redevances perçues auprès des usagers + rémunération venant des activités annexes liées,
— redevance à la charge de l’exploitant: part annuelle révisable de 25 000 EUR HT + acquisition d’HLL,
— durée: dix ans à compter du 1.1.2022.
