Predmet nabave ovog postupka je Čišćenje poslovnih prostora zgrada Kupske i Koturaške. Predmet nabave sastoji se od:  usluge čišćenja uredskih prostorija i dvorana za sastanke,  usluge čišćenja sanitarnih čvorova,  usluge čišćenja hodnika, stubišta i liftova,  usluge čišćenja garaža i parkirališta,  usluge čišćenja staklenih površina i okvira,  usluge čišćenja prostorija servera i telefonskih centrala,  usluge čišćenja požarnih stuba, toplinske stanice, radionica, arhiva, prostorija klima komora, spremišta i atomskih skloništa,  izvanredno čišćenje po pozivu 0-24, a sve u skladu s dokumentom - Tehnički opis i specifikacija i dokumentom Troškovnik - gdje se nalazi i popis potrošnog materijala i sredstava za čišćenje u kojima su naznačeni naziv, količina, te ostali uvjeti koji gospodarskim subjektima omogućavaju izradu ponude. Predmet nabave podjeljen je na grupe. Procijenjena vrijednost za cijelokupni predmet nabave (svih grupa) na razini društva (HOPS d.d.) iznosi 1.743.000,00 EUR (bez PDV-a), a procijenjena vrijednost Grupe 6. Čišćenje poslovnih prostora zgrada Kupske i Koturaške, iznosi 420.000,00 EUR.
