Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave je opskrba električnom energijom, prema predviđenim (okvirnim) količinama iskazanim u troškovniku koji je priložen ovoj dokumentaciji, a sve sukladno navedenim tehničkim karakteristikama i važećim minimalnim standardima u vrijeme izvršenja ugovora o javnoj nabavi u skladu sa Zakonima, Pravilnicima, Uredbama i ostalim propisima koji reguliraju tržište opskrbe električne energije te ostalim traženim uvjetima navedenim u ovoj dokumentaciji o nabavi.
