Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the City of Helu. Implementation of the object of the contract is to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws Of Laws 2023, item 1469) by resolution of the Pomorskie Regional Assembly on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for Pomorskie Province 2022, Resolution of the City Council of Helu on the ‘Rules of Cleanliness and Order in the City of Helu’. The number of residents in the city of Helu is 2865 (record data as at 31.12.2022). The area of built-up and urbanised areas of the city of Hel is: 16 ha.
