Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 36 months and the total amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement is defined as follows: Minimum threshold 5 000 euros HT Maximum threshold 100 000 euros HT The services are paid for by unit and flat-rate prices. The purpose of the consultation is to provide services relating to the removal, transport, handling and relocation of historical archives as part of the restructuring and extension of the departmental archives and archaeology building in Perpignan. Removal services for archival documents will be carried out in two phases: - Phase 1: transfer of archives from Building A to Building B. The retabletting of the destination spans must be included in the service, - Phase 2: transfer of archives from Building B to Building A. Full dusting of the shelves in place before the repositioning of the archives and occasional retabletting if the original one was not optimal
