Façade isolante (WDVS) avec panneaux en laine de roche pour toute la façade à l'exception du cabanon technique et répartis-en : Bâtiment Principal : 5885 m2 – Hauteur max : 13,50 m Résidence : 1.260 m2 – Hauteur max : 13,50 m Les façades sont structurées en avant corps avec une profondeur de 70 cm. La façade du Bâtiment Principal est en partie revêtue de pierres jusqu'à une hauteur d'environ 3,20m (façade ventilée en pierre et façade en pierre colle ; surface : 300 m2)
