Description

Site planning for buildings service phase 2-8 § 33 HOAI:
A new student accommodation building will be built on the premises of the Munich Federal Armed Forces University in Neubiberg, with 268 berths (BGF approx. 8 800 m²). First, service phases 2-4 are contracted. If the planning is continued, it is intended that, subject to approval, phases 5-8 will be awarded in stages.
The planning period is expected to start in May at the end of the procurement procedure. The completion of LP 4 is scheduled for early November. Completion of the building is planned for the end of 2014.
There are currently two existing buildings on the construction site, which have to be shut down before construction starts. The dismantling (BRI 20 400 m³) must be managed in a planned manner.
