Description

The object of the contract is the supply of intangible assets consisting of technical knowledge materialised in an innovative medical software prototype, as well as the related technical documentation, with a view to the technological maturity of an existing prototype from TRL 5 to TRL 7. The software prototype delivered shall be an integrated e-Health system, fully functional, modular, extendable and interoperable, which shall include at least the following modules: patient and medical records management, programming and operational flow, clinical diagnosis (laboratory and imaging), Machine Learning (ML) component, Business Intelligence (BI) component, digital patient application and security and access control mechanisms. The activities necessary for the provision of intangible assets include analysis, design, development, integration, testing and validation, which are activities associated with the provision of the software product. The solution shall be demonstrated in a relevant operational environment appropriate to TRL level 7 and shall be accompanied by the technical, functional and integration documentation necessary for its further use, operation and development. The procurement is carried out under the project ‘Tangram Medvolution: Evolving together for better health, redefining innovation in medicine’, SMIS Code 338516, funded by the North-East Regional Programme 2021–2027. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/candidates: 18. The deadline expressed in number of days for the Contracting Authority to respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications is 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The procurement is carried out under the project ‘Medvolution: Evolving together for better health, redefining innovation in medicine’, SMIS Code 338516, funded by the North-East Regional Programme 2021–2027.
