creation of a 98-seat relay park at the origin of the Chrono 1 line on avenue Henri de Navarre in the vicinity of the Seignanx and RD 817,
retrofitting of 2.3 km of existing roads with:
* fitting-out of the Seignanx giratory in a drilled giratory,
* the construction of a small section on its own site linking the Avenue of 14 April to the Marcel Breuer allée,
* widening northwards of the Marcel Breuer alley to allow buses to travel in two directions while maintaining parking,
