Description

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a liquid chromatography system coupled with a high-resolution mass spectrometer type Q-TOF (1pl.) 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’ (also referred to as ‘OPZ’). 3. The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor to submit the evidence in question together with the tender. 4. The Contractor must attach to the tender a declaration of non-exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure in the form of a European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) as at the date of submission of tenders, in accordance with Annex 3 to the FTZ 5. GDPR (information obligation and obligation to apply): Information on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data is laid down in Chapter XXIII of the FTZ 6. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to the FTZ. 7. The contract is financed under contract No 2024/ABM/03/KPO/KPOD.07.07-IW.07-0100/24-00 of 6 March 2025, Project entitled "Innovative products based on substances of natural origin for use in the prevention of selected civilization diseases" financed by the European Union from the funds of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Component D The effectiveness, availability and quality of the health care system, which is part of Investment D3.1.1 Comprehensive development of research in the field of medical sciences and health sciences.
