Open House Energy scans for micro and small SMEs in the Province of Utrecht
Note: Not all information for this procedure were successfully computed. Please consult linked documents for more details.
The Province of Utrecht participates in the National Programme for Specific Benefit (SpUk) for Commercial Real Estate, which runs until 1 May 2027. There are two programmes within this SpUk, including the SME Care Programme (OMKB). The province of Utrecht has the task of unburdening 591 micro and small SMEs with making their business premises more sustainable. Through a so-called open house procedure, the province intends to contract Tenderers of energy scans for commercial premises and, where relevant, the business processes (as included in the EML list and including relevant super-statutory measures) in order to be allowed to join a ‘digital map box’. Micro and small companies that participate in the OMKB care program and need an energy scan can independently make a choice for the supplier from which they want to receive the energy scan via an online map box. -
