Description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of liquid fuels, i.e. diesel oil, lead-free ethylin and Ad-blue liquid for the needs of the Multi-specialist Hospital in Inowrocław. 2. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders 3. Place of performance of the contract: Dr Ludwik Błażka Multi-specialist Hospital, ul. Poznańska 97, 88-100 Inowrocław. 4. Common Procurement Vocabulary: CPV: 09100000-0 – Fuels, 24000000-4 – Chemicals 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 2 to the FTZ and includes: a) purchases will be made using electronic cards issued to the vehicle registration number and one additional universal card. The cards must be protected by a PIN code. b) fuel will be issued without taking cash each time the driver of the vehicle reports to the service stations - the list of company cars is included in Annex 6 c) the number of cars during the term of the contract may change d) the service station must be located in the city of Inowrocław. 6. Draft provisions of the Agreement – Annex 5 to the FTZ. 7. Time limit for performance of the contract: 24 months from 01.11.2025 to 31.10.2027 8. Payment terms – transfer within 60 days of receipt of the invoice .
