Description

As part of the planned redesign of the cantonal road K 270 (Fischbacherstrasse) by the Department of Construction, Transport and Environment – which forms the overarching starting point – the city of Bremgarten, in cooperation with the AEW, is planning comprehensive deep-tree measures in the Fischbach industrial area. Measures include: • Renewal of a 100 m long section of the access road from the cantonal road to the edge of the forest. • Replacement of the existing water pipe along the cantonal road and construction of a new water pipe DN 150 as a ring closure to increase security of supply and ensure long-term fire protection. • Creation of a new cable route by AEW to optimise the energy supply in the industrial area. • Renovation or replacement of three retaining walls, which are currently in poor structural condition. • Construction of a new angle retaining wall These measures are in line with the renovation of Fischba-cherstrasse planned by the canton. Civil engineering works on Kantonsstrasse are carried out by a separate contractor. In the cantonal road only pipe laying services are to be provided. The resulting additional expenses, waiting times and coordination costs are to be included in the unit prices.
