Description

The new school is a regional school for over 300 students in grades 5-10 with a bilingual orientation. The new construction is two-storey and consists of three pavilion-type structures and the middle pavillion is provided with an open patio. The building is designed in hybrid mode, with benefits of massive construction and wood panel construction.
The total cost of the project (KG 300-700) is estimated at EUR 11300000,00 gross.
The architect’s office Althen-architecten, Hamburg, was responsible for providing the planning services for the building and indoor site design,LP 1 to LP 2. Their explanatory report, list of eligible costs, planning and cost information sheet, area calculations, situation plan, basic outlines,
