Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of single-use equipment for peripheral testing, PTA, thromectomy and stentgraphers for SPWSZ in Szczecin. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into 40 tasks (lots). The subject-matter of the contract also includes a deposit for task No 29,30.31, in accordance with
Annex 6 to the ToR and the leasing of the aspiration pump for task No 30 and the leasing of the control unit with the lines connecting it to the operating catheter for task 31.
2. The contractor must perform the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex 4 to the ToR and the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, which constitutes Annex 1 to the ToR, Annexes 1A to the ToR for this task No 1-40 and Annexes 1B to the ToR for
Task Nos 1-33.
