Description

The target of the acquisition is the security services required by the South Karelia Welfare Region (Ekhva), the South Karelia Joint Municipal Authority for Education (Sampo) and the organisations of the Lappeenranta City Group (the City of Lappeenranta, Lappeenranta Enterprise Space Ltd, Lappeenranta Free Zone Ltd and Williparkki Ltd) located in the Lappeenranta and Imatra areas. On the basis of the tender, one service provider will be selected to provide security services. Partial tenders shall not be accepted and the tenderer shall provide the security services specified in the invitation to tender for all the items specified in the invitation to tender and its annexes. The aim is that the actual contract period will begin on 1 April 2025 and end on 31 March 2026 without separate termination. The contracting entity reserves the right to extend the contract for three (3) option periods of one (1) year (1 + 1 + 1). The contracting entity makes a separate decision on the possible exercise of the option before the end of the actual contract period (12 months) or the option period.
