Description

Carrying out the interior and exterior painting at the Client's locations. Painting means: all painting work on all premises of the Client. Excluding: work on roofs, structural maintenance, floor finishing, mechanical installations and electrical installations. Also new construction and complete renovations. For a detailed description of the contract, please refer to the tender document. The scope of the assignment relates to all locations of the Client. The scope of the assignment can be traced back to the work in the MAGP. Furthermore, the scope of the assignment depends on the projects that are set out for the Client. From 2019 onwards, the Client will spend approximately € 304,000 per year, including VAT, on interior and exterior painting. The MJOP foresees an average of € 185,000 per year including VAT for outdoor painting in the coming years. The maximum value of the framework agreements taken together shall be: € 2.000.000,- incl. VAT. The scope of the assignment is determined as accurately as possible, but set in such a way that the Client has the space to purchase more painting works, if necessary in connection with the Bouw2030 program (more information about this is included in section 2.7).
