Description

As a project management assistant (AMO), the service provider will accompany the City of Internationuil in drawing up a comprehensive urban planning strategy for the Chavaux Cross area for 2030, identifying thematic actions, drawing up the guide plan and implementing it. The service provider will assist the contracting authority in the technical and political steering of the studies and in the conduct of citizen participation and communication.
The services expected will be broken down into 3 phases.
The first phase will consist of drawing up a state of play and identifying the issues at stake. It will include a historical and morphological analysis of the site and the carrying out of habitat, trade, craft, tertiary, land, technical, mobility and environmental diagnostics. The service provider will accompany the City in collecting the necessary data, in particular as regards mobility and travel studies; a study to be launched as part of a parallel contract. In addition, it will analyse and shape them with a view to identifying the challenges for the urban project of the Chavaux Cross.
The second phase will focus on the definition of the participatory urban guide, prioritisation and phasing. The service provider will assist the City in defining a global programming strategy, identifying short-, medium- and long-term thematic actions, pre-quantifying them, searching for funding, drawing up the support for the participatory guide, etc.).
Finally, the service provider will accompany the City in implementing the operational versions of the guide plan, in particular as part of the selection of the EOM for Place Jacques Duclos.
