Delivery of high quality baled meadow hay (baled in the year of delivery); composition – mainly ryegrass, Timothy, eugenic head, meadow hair, star, clover, etc.; absence of poisonous plants - castor, field mustard, hump, old herb, dream, tatul, dog grapes, wild poppy, leech, marsh horsetail, white and black cherries, etc.; smell – particularly pleasant, free of steaming, rotting, mould, silt, etc. non-specific odours; colour – light green, humidity – 12.5 %-13.5 %; absence of molds, fungi and putrefactive pathogenic microorganisms; absence of toxic chemical compounds, such as: insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, etc.; absence of harmful and inert impurities, impairing the quality of hay. Size of hay bales (height/width): bales 1, 20 m/1, 20 m, size (weight) in the range of 150 kg. – 250 kg The total quantity that the Contracting Authority may request within the framework of the concluded contract is 215 000 kg. Term of execution of a contract: 12 months after signing. It is envisaged that the fulfilment of the contractual obligations for delivery will be carried out through periodic deliveries after a written request, if necessary, by representatives of the contracting authority from the PSS-SDVR, in which the quantity for delivery for a specific period is indicated. The deadline for execution of each delivery is up to 30 days after the order (receipt of the order by the Contractor).
