Description

I. Conservation and maintenance of green areas 1. Mowing lawns with land area of 113 984 m2 8 times, land area of 76 270 m2 – 7 times, land area of 252 968.7 m2 6 times, land area of 21 258 m2 4 times, land area of 25 149 m2 2 times. 2. Each time, trimmings should be made near trees, rebates and municipal facilities so as not to cause damage to them, removing the regrowth of ground trees, cutting off the grass areas at curbs with a length of 5 217 m. II. Care and protection of trees, shrubs and rebate 1. Forming and cutting of tree crowns with a circumference of up to 80cm – 500 pcs. and over 80cm – 100 pcs. 2. Cutting trees 100 pcs. 3. Milling 20 tree trunks. 4. Watering 450 pieces of trees. 5. Removal of bushes with a total area of up to 25 m2. 6. Trimming and watering of deciduous flower beds – 5 628,5 m2; 7. Trimming, pruning, watering, fertilizing and digging rose beds – 3 850 m2. 8. Trimming, watering perennial and grass rebates – 1 925 m2 and dye rebate 350 m2 9. Forming and weeding of hedges 9 373 m2. III. Plantings from the Contractor's material 1. Making a rebate by channelling, filling the pit with fertile soil, fencing with lawn edges, lining the surface with agrotextile, planting plants and pouring bark or grit, and then watering, fertilizing and mowing: 1) an area of about 30 m2 using 200 cuttings of perennials and ornamental grasses. 2) an area of about 30 m2 using 200 seedlings of heather plants; 3) an area of about 30 m2 using 200 seedlings of melliferous perennials; 4) 500 pcs. of fern seedlings; 5) 250 pcs. of rose bushes seedlings. 2. Planting seedlings in pots and flower beds in the amount of: 5 750 pansies, 5 000 begonias, 200 heathers, 200 kannas, 5 000 crocuses, 3 500 pelargoniums, 60 ipomeas, 120 surfinis and 8 foam roses, 164 grasses and ornamental plants including watering and braiding. The substrate should be used horticultural hydrogel, peat substrate, fertilizer. 3. The purchase of nursery material and all gardening materials constitutes the cost of the Contractor. IV. Planting 80 pcs. of trees aged at least 5 years and 500 pcs. of shrubs by filling the bottom with a mixture of fertile soil, planting trees, watering and tanning. The contractor provides gardening materials. V. Drainage and tick-off 1. The action of desiccation and tick-off in green areas of the area. 20 hectares along the pedestrian routes to the area. 10 m in both directions from the edge of the path. 2. The preparation used must have appropriate authorisations. VI. Order 1. Maintaining cleanliness in the market area at ul. Wrocławska o Pow. 1,651 m2 through daily cleaning, emptying baskets. 11. Maintaining order during the winter action, by shoveling the snow and eliminating slipperiness on paths, sidewalks with the area of 59 245 m2. Means to combat slipperiness shall be provided by the Contractor. 12. The costs of disposing of solid waste after all the work carried out shall be borne by the Contractor. Performance of the contract within the period from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from 01.02.2025 to 31.12.2025.
