Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of 60 m3 of new activated charcoal granulated on the basis of hard coal (hereinafter also referred to as ‘the Product’), used for the treatment of water intended for human consumption by transport of the Contractor. Place of delivery: Kozłowa Góra Water Treatment Station, ul. Leśna 3, 42-584 Wymysłów (PL22B) 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 5 to the SWZ. 3. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the Order are contained in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. 4. Means of proof in question: 4.1. In order to demonstrate that the offered Product complies with the requirements set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority requests that the Contractor submit the following means of proof together with the tender: 1) Current hygienic certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health - National Institute of Hygiene, allowing the Product to be used in water intended for human consumption; 2) Technical specification of the offered Product. Note: The technical specification should confirm that all the requirements specified in the product characteristics included in point 2 of Annex No. 5 to the SWZ are met. – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires that specific numerical values are included in the Technical Specification for each of the parameters indicated in point 2 of Annex 5 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party shall accept equivalent means of proof if they confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 4.2 The Contracting Authority stipulates that if the Contractor fails to submit the evidence referred to above or if the evidence submitted proves to be incomplete, the Contractor shall be summoned pursuant to Art. 2 Acts to be submitted or supplemented within the prescribed period.
