The subject of the contract is to provide a comprehensive service of planning, organizing and conducting two four-day foreign study visits for 25 participants each, as part of the project of the Pomeranian Voivodship Self-Government entitled: ‘Building a system of coordination and monitoring of regional actions for vocational education, higher education and lifelong learning, including adult learning’, co-financed by the European Union from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan in Pomorskie Voivodship, run by the Contracting Authority – Provincial Labour Office in GdaƄsk. The contract is divided into two parts: a) Part I. Comprehensive planning, organisation and execution of a four-day study visit abroad to Bergen, Norway. b) Part II. Performing the service of comprehensive planning, organizing and conducting a four-day foreign study visit to Slovenia or Switzerland. The Contractor may submit a tender in one or two lots. The contracting authority shall not allow partial tenders to be submitted in a single lot. Submission of a tender not covering the execution of the entire subject of the contract within a given lot will result in rejection of the tender without further consideration. Pursuant to Article 441 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority provides for and the Contractor agrees to the right of option. An order executed under the option is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party. Therefore, the subject matter of the contract includes: - basic contract covering the organization of a visit for 20 people - contract covered by the option law covering the participation in the visit of additional people (maximum 5).
