Description

1. The contract concerns:
(a) making 3 numbers of the ‘KOWR Information Bulletin’, with an ISSN number, including graphics (including up to 30 photographs for each of the numbers of the Bulletin), drafting of cover, layout, composition, technical correction, number mask, proof printing, preparation of the file for printing;
(b) Bulletin input printing in quantities of: first number – 8000 copies, second – 8700 copies, third number – 8000 copies;
(C) distribution of copies of the Bulletin, i.e. their packaging, loading and unloading and delivery to destinations;
(D) the transfer to the Contracting Authority of the property rights in the design and composition of each of the numbers of the Bulletin;
(e) the transfer to the Contracting Authority of ownership of the media on which each of the numbers of the Bulletin has been recorded.
2. The conditions for performance of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the relevant provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 5 to the ToR.
