Description

The purpose is to conduct a survey on interruption costs, calculate interruption costs parameters, and calculate and propose a single value of lost load (VOLL). Ei should be able to use the • Interruption cost parameters to calculate the continuity of supply (CoS) incentive in the revenue cap regulation for the next regulatory period, 2028-2031, and • Single VOLL as a parameter in the calculation of the reliability standard (RS). Tenders must be in Swedish or English.
