Description

The subject of the procurement is the psychologist's research, assessment, reception and consultation services for clients of demanding special support of all ages in the South Savo wellbeing services county. Cognitive and extensive assessments of demanding special services, as well as local and remote work, refer to measures taken to determine an individual's state of health and functional capacity or to assess, restore or maintain his or her state of health and functional capacity. The service can be implemented at the Vaalijala Competence and Support Centre in Pieksämäki, as well as at the Vaalijala reception and/or remotely. Some of the services are implemented as mobile services to the customer's own operating environments, such as home, school and workplace. The service and its implementation are described in more detail in the service description and the draft agreement. The Supplier is responsible for the employer's obligations and responsibilities. Operational management is carried out by the Client. The procurement is divided into two (2) areas: 1. Psychological studies 2. Clinical Psychological Work The tenderer may submit a tender in one or both areas. A framework agreement will be formed for the procurement, in which all suppliers meeting the suitability and minimum requirements will be selected for both areas. Suppliers shall be ranked according to price. The Customer does not undertake to procure any minimum amount of service from the Supplier.
