Description

For the purpose of safe and long-term operation, the following repairs are envisaged for the AWD: - removal of the compromised plaster on the facades and its restoration according to the existing model; - repainting the facades; - replacement of the windows on the first floor of ZRU with new ones and installation of 2 valves; - replacement of drainage pipes; - restore the section of the slab on the terrace; - cleaning from corrosion and new painting of the stairs and the ledge of the terrace; - replacement of the glazing and the door of the terrace on the second floor; - replacement of the cap on board; - and others. For the purpose of safe and continuous operation, the following repair is foreseen for the AUC: - removal of compromised plaster and laying of new plaster; - laying insulation on plinths and bays of extruded polystyrene foam; - laying insulation from facade stone wool; - replacement of drainage pipes; - replacement of the windows on the second and third floors; - removal of metal profiles from terraces and their glazing; - dismantling, prevention and installation of air conditioning inverter split system; - and others.
