Description

De Gemeente Rijswijk is voornemens één of meerdere overeenkomsten te sluiten voor de levering, implementatie, het beheer en onderhoud van SaaS-oplossingen voor het Sociaal Domein. De aanbesteding is verdeeld in twee percelen: Perceel 1 ziet op Participatie, Inkomen, Werk, Inburgering en aanverwante regelingen. Perceel 2 ziet op Wmo, Jeugd, Sociaal Team, GPK/GPP en Zorg & Veiligheid. De opdracht omvat onder meer het beschikbaar stellen van de oplossing, implementatie, migratie/conversie van gegevens, hosting, koppelingen, ondersteuning, beheer en doorontwikkeling. De geraamde omvang per perceel is als volgt: • Perceel 1: de applicatie binnen dit perceel heeft op dit moment circa 110 gebruikers; • Perceel 2: de applicatie binnen dit perceel heeft op dit moment circa 122 gebruikers.
