Description

Der Auftraggeber (AG) beabsichtigt einen Generalunternehmer zu beauftragen, um den Neubau einer Wohnunterkunft für Geflüchtete mit gemeinschaftlichen Nutzungen, bestehend aus 2 Baukörpern zu realisieren, wobei der Leistungsinhalt neben den Abbrucharbeiten und der Bauausführung die Erarbeitung der Ausführungsplanung sowie ergänzende Planungs- und Nebenleistungen sind. Der AG stellt als Grundlage neben den regelmäßigen Unterlagen (FLB, Genehmigungsplanung, EnEV-Nachweis, Brandschutznachweis nebst Prüfberichten usw.) eine Leitdetailplanung üblichen Umfangs.
