Description

The subject of the service to be awarded is engineering services in the field of utility technology pursuant to § 53 et seq. HOAI “Technical Equipment” for LPH 2-3 and 5-9 for the construction project “Extension Institute Component A and B” at the MPI for molecular genetics in Berlin (MOGE) for the following plant group (AG):
WG 8: Building automation
According to an initial cost assessment, the expected eligible GA costs for the above-mentioned plant group are approximately EUR 710000 net, of which approximately EUR 140000 is for component A and approximately EUR 570000 net for component B.
The construction costs (KG 300+ 400) must not exceed EUR 26.4 million net (cost ceiling), with component A accounting for approximately EUR 6.0 million net and component B approx. 20.4 million.
