Design and technical assistance services from the designer in order to achieve the investment objective "Rehabilitation, modernization, extension (2S+Gf+8E+9R+heliport), endowment and relocation of annexes - Târgu-Jiu County Emergency Hospital" str. Progress No. 18, Gorj County respectively: • Documentation required to obtain the permits and agreements required by the Urbanism Certificate; • Documentation for authorising the execution of construction works (D.T.A.C.), drawn up in accordance with Government Decision No 907/2016 and Law No 50/1991 and in compliance with the provisions of the urban planning documentation, checked for the quality requirements of specialists certified in accordance with the law, accompanied by the inspection report(s) and endorsed by the technical expert who drew up the technical expertise; • Technical design and execution details (P.Th.+D.E.), including the related specifications, as an integral part of the technical design, verified for the quality requirements by specialists certified in accordance with the law, accompanied by the verification report/references and endorsed by the technical expert who prepared the technical expertise; • Lists of quantities with and without values – templates F1 to F5 and C6 to C9; • Documentation on operation, maintenance, repair and follow-up of the construction behaviour over time, verified by certified technical verifiers; • Health and safety plan drawn up in accordance with Government Decision No 300/2006; • DNSH plan; • Documentation on climate proofing and integration of its findings into technical-economic documentation. Clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders by 18 days, a deadline also specified in the Data Sheet under Section I.3.
