Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the sale, supply, installation and commissioning of brand-new chromatographic systems, divided into 2 distinct parts of the subject-matter of the contract (‘Tasks’): 1.1. Task 1: Delivery of 1 piece of bioinert high-pressure chromatography system (HPLC). A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 1A to the SWZ (‘OPZ for Task 1’). The relevant provisions of the Agreement are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ (‘IPU’). 1.2. Task 2: supply of 1 piece of liquid chromatography system for purifying proteins and other biomolecules, with additional equipment including a set of columns (TYPE A) and 1 piece of chromatography system without additional equipment including columns (TYPE B). In addition, under the option right in Task 2, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to require the delivery of 1 additional piece of chromatographic system without additional equipment including columns (TYPE B) ‘option right’. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 1B to the SWZ (‘OPZ for Task 2’). The relevant provisions of the Agreement are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ (‘IPU’).
