Description
Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open competition for a contract in the project Øvre Bakklandet - Lillegårdsbakken pipeline. The municipality would like tenders from tenderers with the professional, technical and economic basis necessary for fulfilment of the contract. Furthermore, experience from equivalent work is required for the execution of the above mentioned contract work in accordance with the tender documentation. The competition will be carried out via the municipality ́s tender implementation tool Mercell. All communication and tender submissions will be via Mercell.

Description: Completed the remuneration form with information on the total price, hourly rates, mark-up percentages and any options. In cases where a tenderer has failed to price a price unit, the contracting authority will assume the price unit included in the tender sum. Costs for any reservations shall be stated.

Description: Tenderers shall prepare a competence note (maximum 4 A4 pages font size minimum 12) that describes what competence the offered key personnel (e.g. project manager, site manager and SHA personnel) have that makes them suitable for the assignment, including education, key qualifications and relevant work experience. The note shall also describe the three most relevant reference projects for key personnel in the last five years. The reference assignment must state who the builder was, the value of the assignment, type of project, employee ́s role in the project and a reference person from the contracting authority with contact information (e-mail and telephone number). An organisation chart showing the relationship between the builder, contractor, designer and sub-contractors. The organisation chart shall contain names and companies for key personnel, as well as job shares in Project. The organisation chart shall have a maximum of 2 A4 pages.

Description: Progress plan showing main activities, resource load and any critical path activities and milestones for each individual route. Assignment comprehension: Tenderers shall submit an implementation plan that describes how the assignment shall be carried out in order to ensure the contracting authority a good result. Responses to this award criteria shall as a minimum contain the following: Main activities. How effective implementation is ensured at the same time that the requirements stated in the phase plan are safeguarded. How to ensure safe and efficient execution of work close to important buildings. How traffic management for soft road users is taken care of in all phases. How goods deliveries, sanitation and access to properties are ensured in the construction phase, as well as access for fire and rescue. Measures for waste reduction and recycling in the construction phase. How effective rigging and operation are ensured The implementation plan shall be at maximum five A4 pages with font size 12. The annexes will not be included in the evaluation.

Criterion: Environment - transport of matter
Type: quality
Description: Tenderers shall enclose a completed form for transport of matter (annex 14). In the list, tenderers shall, based on the quantity description, enclose certified reception for matter that are run out of the site and a collection place for matter that are run into the site. Capacity per load and fuel technology for the different stretches shall also be filled, based on vehicles that shall be used. Tenderers shall describe how transport of matter shall be carried out. The completed form is to be submitted in excel format.
