Description

The purpose of this consultation is the preventive and corrective maintenance (levels 1 to 4 of the FD X 60-000 standard) of the air conditioning equipment of RTE's electrical substations located in the territories of the Maintenance Centres of Nantes and Marseille. The fleet concerned represents approximately 1 270 air-conditioning equipment (splits, multi-splits, air-conditioning cabinets, single-block air-conditioners) installed in sensitive industrial premises (relay rooms, telecommunications rooms, control buildings). The contract is awarded in 12 geographical lots: 5 lots on the grid of the Network Maintenance Groups of the Nantes Maintenance Centre (Bretagne, Poitou-Charentes, Anjou, Atlantique, Sologne) and 7 lots on the grid of the Post Groups of the Marseille Maintenance Centre (Avignon, Bollène, Escaillon, Lingostière, Port de Bouc, Réaltor, Sainte Tulle). Each lot is awarded to a single holder; the same operator may not be awarded more than 3 lots per per perimeter. Candidates can position themselves on one, several or all of the lots of their choice. The framework agreements, which have a firm duration of 3 years (from 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2029) and are renewable twice a year, are concluded with a financial commitment limited to the volume of the first year.
