Luxembourg-Luxembourg: Portfolio management services
The subject of the contract is the provision of portfolio management services (shares and bonds) on behalf of the Common Compensation Fund to the General Pension Scheme (hereinafter referred to as the FDC), which set up in 2007 a multi-compartment investment company with variable-capital and specialised investment fund (SICAV-FIS) (in accordance with the amended Law of 13.2.2007 on Specialised Investment Funds (FIS)). The contract is divided into four (4) lots, which are specified under ‘Lots Details’, each lot corresponding to a type of management (passive or active management) on a specific asset class. The number of mandates to be allocated is four (4). The amounts of the assets of the various lots are given for information only and may vary during the execution of the mandate, the duration of which is three (3) years, with the possibility of renewal from year to year, unless early termination by the FDC or the service provider by giving three (3) months’ notice (maximum duration of the mandate: ten (10) years). Tenders shall be selected on the basis of the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender. The detailed criteria for the selection of tenders and the procedure are set out in the consultation rules.
