At the latest on the date of commencement of the service, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a statement on the fulfilment of the requirement referred to in para. 6, i.e. that the person(s) performing activities related to the performance of the subject of the contract will be employed under an employment contract within the meaning of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974. 7. At each stage of contract implementation, the Contracting Authority has the right to verify the declaration of the contractor/subcontractor (concerning the form of employment of the persons referred to in sec. 6). To that end, it shall be entitled, in particular, to ask the competent labour inspectorate to carry out an inspection. 8. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for a contract only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act.
