Description

Beheer- en exploitatieovereenkomst met Progeo inzake het lekdetectiesysteem Geologger® Friese Pad. Op de locatie Het Friese Pad ligt een bovenafdichting met het lekdetectiesysteem Geologger®. Het lekdetectiesysteem is onlosmakelijk met de locatie verbonden en controleert tweewekelijks de lekdichtheid van de afdichtingsfolie. Dit systeem is in 2008 aangelegd in opdracht van de toenmalige eigenaar van de stortplaats, N.V. Afvalverwerkingsbedrijf Friese Pad (AFP). In 2011 is de stortplaats formeel gesloten en is deze in eigendom van de provincie Flevoland gekomen. Provincie Flevoland is sindsdien verantwoordelijk voor de nazorg. De lopende overeenkomsten voor de nazorg zijn bij de sluiting door provincie Flevoland overgenomen. Het huidige contract loopt tot en met 31 december 2024. In de periode vanaf 2025 moet het onderhoud en exploitatie van het systeem worden voortgezet. Provincie Flevoland is voornemens de huidige overeenkomst voor 10 jaar te verlengen en actualiseren. € 215.000,- voor 10 jaar
