New construction of a specialist room wing for BBS Papenburg : Electrical works
The district of Emsland intends to build a new building with specialist classrooms and general classrooms at the Pestalozzischule Papenburg, Kreuzweg 9-11, which is already partially used by the BBS Papenburg. The two buildings are connected by a corridor on the upper floor. The entire new building is to receive modern daylight and presence-dependent LED lighting. Furthermore, the entire building is equipped with safety lighting as a central battery system in a 3-hour version. For alarm purposes, the building is equipped with a comprehensive ELA system as SAA with corresponding fire section E30 cabling in A/B technology. In addition, the building will receive a comprehensive fire alarm system with automatic and non-automatic detectors. This will be added to the new SAA. There is a connection to the fire brigade. There is already a fire alarm system from Bosch, the two fire alarm systems are to be combined with corresponding couplers. It is expressly pointed out that the E30 ceiling on the upper floor must not be penetrated by any means. Furthermore, in the course of the new building measure, the corridor lighting in the transition area between the new building and the existing building is to be dismantled and disposed of and replaced with a new daylight- and presence-dependent LED lighting. Furthermore, new sockets and cables are to be installed here as well.
