Description of the contract: The assignment concerns the realization of a new Sports Hall, large approximately 3700 m2 GFA. The building consists of a sports hall, changing rooms on the ground floor and a gym on the first floor. The sports hall can be divided into three gymnasiums and the gymnasium into two gymnasiums. The realisation concerns the construction works and the plumbing works. See also the Selection Guide with attachments. The building consists of a sports hall, changing rooms on the ground floor and a gym on the first floor. The sports hall can be divided into three gymnasiums and the gymnasium into two gymnasiums. The realisation concerns the construction works and the plumbing works. This also includes the coordination of the ancillary contractors being the mechanical works, the electrical works, the lift installation, the green exterior walls, the fixed sports installations and the utility connections. The structural contractor is the main contractor for the V&G plan and the BLVC plan. The assignment also includes communication with the contact person of the KKC regarding the safety and activities of the KKC with its 2000 pupils and teachers. Contract duration: The start of the new building is planned after the completion of: the temporary facilities (bicycle parking/construction road) near the Elegast. The temporary facilities are provided during the school holiday period July/Aug 2025; the remediation of the land on the construction site; ∀ the preparation of the construction site. The aim is to start construction on 1 October 2025. The start of the work on site involves the installation of the deep wells, after which the piling can be carried out. The construction period from the start of piling until completion is estimated at 16 months.
