Description

Der HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH wurde durch das Land Berlin im Rahmen der Berliner Schulbauoffensive (BSO) die Errichtung von Schulneubauten im Bereich der Gymnasien und Sekundarschulen nach dem pädagogischen Leitbild der Berliner Compartmentschule übertragen. Gemäß baufachlichen Standards der Berliner Schulbauoffensive (BSO) sind sämtliche Planungen auf die Erreichung des Silber-Standards des Bewertungssystems Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) auszurichten. Die HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft beabsichtigt im Auftrag des Landes Berlin, auf dem rd. 23.000 m² großen Grundstück Pankstraße 70 / Orthstraße 1 in 13357 Berlin-Mitte eine 4-6-2 zügige Gemeinschaftsschule mit Förderschwerpunkt Autismus, einer Doppelsporthalle mit sechs Hallenteilen, sowie die erforderlichen Schulfreianlagen zu realisieren.
