Tendering of framework agreement concerning client consultancy and technical consultancy concerning Marina City Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
This invitation to tender includes client consultancy relating to the establishment of Marina City and technical consultancy relating to marine installations, Marina City in Kolding. The client’s task includes, but is not limited to:The client consultancy will cover a very wide range of services (cf. YB Client consultancy 2019). The project is still partly in the planning phase, but on its way to the execution phase, which is likely to run until around 2030. Cf. YB Client Consultancy 2019, the advice will primarily – but not only – cover services within:2. Client consultancy in connection with construction in professional, large-scale or main contracts3. Client consultancy in turnkey construction7. Other servicesThe technical advice will consist of consultancy services in connection with the marine construction works. This is understood as working on or in connection with the current water areas. This includes dredging, containment works, backfilling works, piers, bridges, poles, supply and outfitting of the port.Almost all the marine installations have already been designed, tendered and there are preliminary contracts for this. A few small marine construction contracts concerning supply and accommodation are in the process of designing, tendering, awarding, etc. The advisory services will therefore predominantly – but not only – consist of the performance phases after the Execution Project (cf. YB Construction 2019), i.e.:7. Execution8. Delivery9. Other services In addition, there are relevant services in relation to ‘As performed’ (cf. YB As performed 2022), occupational safety and health coordination (cf. YB Occupational safety and health coordination 2023) and sustainability services (cf. Sustainability services 2022). Please refer to point 3 of the framework agreement and the annexes referred to therein, cf. also point 2 of the framework agreement. In addition, reference is made to the detailed description in the tender specifications and tender documents. In accordance with Section 194(1) of the Public Procurement Act, it should be noted in relation to the tendered task that the contracting authority requires the consultant to take sustainability considerations into account when implementing the tendered framework agreement. Reference is made to the Framework Agreement (Annex 7) and YB Supplement on Sustainability Services 2022 (Annex 12).It should be noted that the Contracting Authority has assessed that the tendered task cannot be divided into several contracts/agreements. This, given the complexity of the task, intersections and coordination with authorities, other actors, etc., will make it disproportionately difficult to be more advisors. Therefore, the Contracting Authority has assessed that the task can only be carried out in an adequate and justifiable manner by tendering for a single Framework Agreement.
