1.The subject of the order are successive deliveries of BOLT type ICP sensors, tunnel and chamber sensors described in the Price and Assortment Form along with: 1) lending three modules - interfaces cooperating with Codman ICP Expres intracranial pressure monitors owned by the Ordering Party, described in the , Price and Assortment Form 2) securing the subject of the contract by depositing ICP sensors after the conclusion of the contract, 3) twice training the Ordering Party's employees on the correct use of sensors within 14 days from the date of reporting the need for training. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the Assortment and Price Form, which is an attachment to the SWZ.
