Description

The subject of the contract is (i) the provision of operational and application support services to IKVC in the scope specified in the tender documents, (ii) the provision of flat-rate software modification services in the number of 50 man-days/month in the scope and manner of the solution specified in the tender documents, (iii) the provision of software modification services on the basis of an order in the expected range of a maximum of 650 man-days for the duration of the contract. The procurement will result in the conclusion of a fixed-term contract for a period of 24 months from its entry into force. The IKVC system is a comprehensive system for the sale of international and national tickets and tickets, including reservations for rail passenger transport. It is built in accordance with the international standards of the International Railway Union (UIC). It performs several other functions necessary for the management of passenger train traffic. These include, for example, connection to surrounding countries and the pan-European transport route, statistical outputs on passenger transport, connection to the economic information system of the contracting entity, documents for the creation of a train transport chart or connection to other types of sales channels. The IKVC includes a set of application software. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the procurement documents.
